BODYARMOR is seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager for Meijer & HyVee to join our team. The Sr. Key Account Manager will lead a cross-functional team to deliver business results across assigned customers. This role involves leading annual planning processes, negotiating agreements, and providing expertise to resolve complex customer issues to meet BODYARMOR's goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Development Manage the direct customer/business relationship for the assigned channel. Develop vision and strategy supporting business objectives. Build and implement joint business planning models. Drive annual plans and deliver key business metrics such as revenue, volume, share, and financials. Collaborate with management and teams to build and execute annual plans. Lead negotiations to establish optimal partnership agreements. Oversee customer selling stories and key execution metrics. Monitor account performance, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Develop external relationships to enhance market positioning. System Leadership Participate in system routines and provide customer updates. Work with Coca-Cola NAOU and Bottler Leads to maximize results. Build relationships with teams and bottlers for alignment. Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration Update management on customer plans and opportunities. Participate in routines to ensure flawless execution of programs. Contribute customer insights to marketing, commercial, and innovation plans. Organizational/People Development Leverage resources to deliver capabilities including marketing and revenue growth strategies. Manage department T&E budgets in line with financial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience. At least 5 years of direct sales experience in the CPG industry, with a successful track record with national and regional retailers. Preferred candidates located in Michigan, Chicago, or Des Moines. Experience in building strategic relationships with retailers. Ability to analyze syndicated data for storytelling. Self-motivated, organized, results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to assess business needs, develop action plans, and manage change. Passion for brand building and long-term growth. Existing contacts with buyers and managers. Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Nielsen/IRI data analysis. Willingness to travel 50% and attend bi-annual meetings.
