The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional finishes in drywall installations. Key Responsibilities: Finish drywall installations by applying joint compound, tape, and texture. Sand and smooth surfaces for a flawless appearance. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as a drywaller finisher or similar role. Proficient in using hand and power tools. Knowledge of drywall finishing techniques and materials. Ability to read blueprints and project specifications. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
